Online CPR & Choking Course
CPR and Choking Training required to bring home your baby from the hospital and safely care for your infant at home in case of an emergency. Receive training by an American Heart Association instructor. Online or In Person Class Available.
Online Class Fee: $65 - for Both Parents

Online Prenatal Class
Comprehensive Online Prenatal Education Class filled with all of the questions you may have about the prenatal and birthing process, as well as how to care for a newborn! This course is packed with essential information to help you on your journey as a new (or returning) parent. Go at your own pace and access the course later to freshen up on the information (for up to 9 months after purchase).
Class Fee: $120
First Trimester Prenatal Package
Comprehensive Package Tailored specifically to assist with the Prenatal Experience. Online Prenatal Class to prepare new (and returning) Moms for what's to come. Prenatal IV Drips packed with vitamins to help provide energy during the First Trimester and assist with nausea. Nutrition Coaching to help promote healthy weight gain during pregnancy.
Birth Coaching - On Site
Our Nurse Gigi is an experienced Labor & Delivery and Emergency Medicine nurse, and is available to attend your birth with you (at home or in the hospital) to assist with the laboring process. As a birth coach, she will help to advocate for you, assist with positioning and breathing exercises, and provide a calming atmosphere for both parents during the birthing process.
Service Fee: $100 per hour
Bringing Baby Home Virtual Class
Our Bringing Baby Home Private Virtual Course is filled with essential information to assist both parents with feeling comfortable and confident bringing their newborn baby home! You will learn breast and bottle feeding techniques, be provided with information on how to prepare for baby in your home, what to expect, and more!
Question & Answer session with a Registered Nurse included!
Class Fee: $150 - Includes Access for Both Parents
Postpartum Coaching
Postpartum Support provided by a Registered Nurse. Virtual or In Person Coaching session to discuss and help troubleshoot hurdles Mom may be encountering now that baby is home from the hospital. Individualized treatment and assessment plan provided to assist new (and returning) moms with managing their new lives with a newborn.
Referral to alternative care providers provided, if necessary.

Newborn Coaching Session
Receive In-Home or Virtual Support with Breastfeeding and/or Bottle Feeding for Babies and Mamas experiencing some difficulties. Sleep Training assistance. Newborn care assistance.

Postpartum Weight Loss Coaching
Diet and Exercise Plan Tailored to Postpartum Women (with Breastfeeding in mind), including Weekly Nutrition Goal Check-Ins! Get your body back in shape and lose those pregnancy pounds!
Menopause Support
Receive Radiofrequency Face and Neck Tightening Treatments to help reduce wrinkles and increase collagen production. Receive a specially formulated IV Vitamin Drip to help combat symptoms of menopause and help you feeling refreshed and back to your original self! Nutrition coaching to help with associated weight gain with decreased estrogen levels, including vitamin supplementation.
